The Nogales High School Regiment is proud to
announce that we have been invited to perform in the
internationally famous, Macy's 2008 Thanksgiving Day Parade in NYC. Only 10
bands from across the U.S.A. were selected. What a great
honor! During this past 2006-2007 season we have received
numerous awards, including being named the California State
Marching Champions in the Western Band Association’s 4A
Division. The regiment also performed at the Arizona
Memorial at Pearl Harbor in Honolulu, Hawaii.
In order to participate in the Macy's Parade we need your
help. There will be 200 students performing in this great
event. We estimate the cost per student for participating in
the Macy’s Parade to be approximately $1,700. This includes
airfare, hotel, food, and bus transportation.
Now, our major challenge is to raise sufficient funds to
send the regiment students to the parade. Your gifts and
donations are vital to this effort. We welcome any amount of
support! To recognize your sponsorship of $5,000 or more, we
would like to display your name and corporate logo in bold,
beautiful lettering on our semi-trailer that travels with us
to our events. Can we count on your help?
